An Easier Alternative to Hot Dip Galvanising of Steel - ZINGA combines the galvanic characteristics of a zinc coating with barrier protection of a paint. It offers an excellent active and passive protection due to the special zinc on the one hand due to the barrier, provided by both the zinc oxides and the binder, on the other hand.
Convenience - Single pack zinc coating system that can be sprayed on, brushed on, rolled on, or sprayed from an aerosol can.
Cost and Time Savings - Metal structures do not have to be dismantled before treatment. ZINGA can be applied in the workshop or on-site by spraying, brushing or by immersion.
Ease of Application - Where blasting is not possible or not allowed, ZINGA can be applied, even on slightly rusty surfaces after proper degreasing. This is because of the unique Cathodic Protection property of ZINGA.
Rejuvenation - Can be used to recoat existing hot-dip galvanised structures.Existing coating of ZINGA can be covered with a new ZINGA layer, the old layer will fuse together to form one single ZINGA layer.
Topcoat - When a topcoat is required, ZINGA acts as an excellent primer and increases the lifetime of the coating by 2 1/2 times.
Usage - ZINGA can be used as replacement to hot-dip galvanising or to extend the lifetime of hot-dip galvanised surfaces. It is normally used where an even better anti-corrosion performance is required.
